Scope of processing
No profiling takes place when you merely visit this website. Providing personal data is not mandatory. Your IP address must be transmitted technically so that the web server can deliver the requested content to your device.
Provision and server logs
ITmoves operates the servers for this website directly in a data centre in northern Germany. When you access the site, the web server processes in particular your IP address, date and time, requested resource, transferred data volume, referrer, browser, operating system and HTTP status. This serves delivery, stability, error analysis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log data is deleted or anonymised as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes. It is retained longer only where a security incident must be investigated or a legal obligation applies.
Contact form and email
When you contact us, we process your name, email address and any optional company details and message to reply or arrange a demo. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding). This does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiries are emailed to ITmoves; the website keeps no additional contact database. We delete the data once the enquiry is concluded and the information is no longer needed. Statutory retention duties remain applicable; where they apply, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR is the legal basis. Please do not submit patient data.
Recipients and processors
Data is shared with technical service providers only where this is necessary for operation, maintenance or security and a data-protection basis applies. Processors are contractually bound under Article 28 GDPR. Further disclosure occurs only where legally required.
Your rights
Where statutory requirements are met, you have in particular the rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR). A message to the email address above is sufficient to exercise these rights.
Right to complain
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. For companies based in Schleswig-Holstein, the competent authority is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein, Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany.

Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses no analytics tools, advertising trackers, embedded social-media plugins or external marketing services. Information pages set no cookies. Opening the contact form sets a technically necessary session cookie (emas-session) to protect and operate the form. It contains a random identifier and is valid for no more than 120 minutes. The legal bases are section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the form). To limit abuse, a protected identifier derived from the IP address and a request counter are stored for up to ten minutes. Message content is not stored in this session or for spam prevention.
International transfers
The operation of this website does not involve transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
Automated decisions
No automated decision-making, including profiling as defined by Article 22 GDPR, takes place.
Security and updates
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. This privacy policy will be updated when features, services used or legal requirements change.
